1. Soaked almonds
Starting your day with soaked almonds can boost your metabolism. Almonds contain magnesium which is involved in energy metabolism and metabolism. It also releases various enzymes including lipase which enhances the process.
2. Water from copper vessel
Research confirms that copper helps burn fat. Copper water can ease the digestion process as it helps in breaking down the accumulated fat. Drink water in a copper vessel early in the morning. Copper may also boost energy production and improve metabolism.
3. Protein rich breakfast
People who consume high-protein diets may lose more weight than those who do not consume high-protein diets. Protein is an essential nutrient that increases metabolism through a process called the thermic effect of food (TEF). To speed up your metabolism, include milk, eggs, cheese, soya and pulses in your diet.
4. Black Pepper
You can add black pepper to salads, soups and curries to get a regular dose of piperine, which has thermogenic properties. This means that it can increase the body’s metabolic rate, thereby burning more calories.
5. A warm glass of water
Drinking a glass of warm water every hour can increase your metabolism. If you’re planning to lose weight, the research supports you. 8. Cardamom tea

9. Fasting
Intermittent fasting has been found to be very effective in boosting metabolism and reducing weight. Keep a gap of 14-12 hours between the last and first meal. It aids in the detoxification process and improves digestion.

It can be made with dry ginger powder, celery seeds and jaggery. All the ingredients need to be turned into powder. Small bowls are prepared, and one can be consumed before lunch or dinner.
